Sounds like a cross between Yanni & John Tesh. Not bad.Contemporary Jazz classic!

Alphonse Mouzon's hit album "Early Spring" is a classic. It is one of my favorite albums of all time!The Cd is a great mixture of relatively straightahead tunes as Come and Fly with me and Miles Davis' Seven Steps to Heaven ( with Ernie Watts on sax!), R&B tunes like We Almost Made it and I Can Give you love ( with Brandon Fields on sax!), funky tunes like The Lady in Red and By All Means ( with Ronnie Laws on sax!) and Smooth Jazz/newage songs like Waterfall, Early Spring and the No.1 hit Alone in Paris.Great compositions, great drumming ( and piano playing on Alone in Paris!) of Alphonse Mouzon.Highlight of '88. Get that Cd re-released on Tenacious!
